The first difference is that mari and fritz are masha and nickolay. The second difference is that the carriage turns into the shop. the next difference is that they are in Russia not in Germany. The next difference is that mouse king has only one head not seven. The next difference is that the children were not at home but outside. The next difference is that the nutcracker was not under the christmas tree but in the shop.
